What is your exchange policy?

 

To be eligible for an exchange please contact info@project-blaze.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can start the process.
 

Exchanges are for size and damage only, meaning no refunds or returns. Your item that you exchange will be replaced by the same product.

Take note ALL shipping fees will be incurred by the buyer. You must include a return shipping label with the purchase you are exchanging so we can send you a new package.

It is highly suggested you pay for tracking with your shipping. Project Blaze will not be responsible in any way for lost items. Once your item returns to us, we will immediately send you a new one.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, every purchase will come with a tracking number, please use that for updates on your delivery. Depending on where you live will determine how quickly you will receive your purchase.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all across Canada and the USA! We hope to expand in the future to worldwide shipping.

Do you have a sizing chart?

​

Regarding the fitting requirement, different products have varying sizing. Normally, we describe how the items fit in the product description. Feel free to email us if you need help choosing a size through the contact tab.
